Lunar Villas Koh Tao are located on the hillside near the beach of Sairee, an ideal location that is central and convenient yet private and tranquil, and most importantly the elevation on the hillside is what provides the spectacular island and ocean views.

The villas are located 5 minutes by motorbike / taxi car or 20 minutes by foot from Sairee city center. We recommend that guests are comfortable to hire scooters/motorbikes to navigate around Koh Tao and to the villas. Taxi are available with an additional cost, which is a more expensive option than renting a scooter/motorbike.

Reception: we don’t have a reception but the hotel manager can be reached via WhatsApp to assist you. 

Free pick up and drop off: we provide free pick up service from the pier upon arrival and free drop off service to the pier when check out. For pick up service, please email us your name, your arrival time and the number of guests 48 hours before your arrival. 

Children policy: for safety reasons, we only accept children above 10 years old. 

Pet policy: we are a pet-friendly property and provide water and food bowls upon request. An additional 1000 THB cleaning fee will be charged at check out. On that note, please book with caution if you have pet allergies in your party as we have animals (cats and dogs) around the property. 

Quiet hours: 22:00-08:00; we are located in a quiet neighborhood and appreciate the serenity by the sea. Please help us to keep it that way. 

Cleaning service: daily cleaning service is available upon request. 

• Minimum 3 nights (2 nights is possible when availability allows). Minimum 5 nights during Christmas and New Year period.
• A deposit of one night accommodation is required to secure the reservation.
• The outstanding balance is to be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in cancellation of the reservation and the deposit withheld.
• The price includes all taxes and fees.
